- Terms of Sale
- All sales are final. No cash refunds, exchanges or returns for non-damaged goods, so please purchase with confidence. CA residents, please add 8.75% state sales tax. Returns for damaged merchandise must be pre-authorized by Feng Shui Fabulous, and be accompanied by an authorization number (RMA#). Damaged or defective merchandise maybe exchanged for identitical items or for store credit and must be reported within 3 business days. We kindly ask that customers ship defective or damaged merchandise or returns in it's original packaging. All shipping charges for any returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. Cancellations can only be made before the item has been packaged for shipping. Orders that cannot be delivered or where delivery is refused will not be refunded if delivery was properly attempted to the address given in the Order.
- Shipping
- All orders are shipped via ground with a flat rate of $10.00. All orders above $100 receives free ground shipping continental us only. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We will ship all orders that are placed on weekdays within 24 to 48 hours. Some products that are imported or handmade may take up to 7 days. Orders that are placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday. Ground shipments may take anywhere from 2 to 9 business days in the continental US. We ship from San Diego, CA. All order shipping to a P.O. Box must be shipped via USPS. Feng Shui Fabulous is neither liable nor responsible for any delays, damages, or failure of delivery by USPS or FedEx.
- Shipments to International Addresses
- At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
- Tracking
- An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is received. We will also email you a shipping confirmation along with tracking number once order is shipped.
