Information needed for off site consults:
- Accurate floor plans of the property
- The year the home was built. Also show additions and large reconstructions and the dates
- Accurate compass directions for facing direction (I will assist)
- Photographs of the building and surrounding areas
- The birth dates of all the occupants of the home
- Answers to a questionnaire provided
